All* deliveries are processed by our highly skilled workers, and we endeavour to process orders within 24 hours of purchase. We ship through APC and Royal Mail who offer a transparent and reliable service to ensure your orders arrive safely.
All* orders made before 12.00 will be processed and shipped out the same day, with delivery by 5pm the following working day available.
Next Business Day delivery is with APC’s 16.00 service. Standard delivery is Royal Mail’s Tracked48 service. Premium Delivery entails a fully qualified mechanic hand delivering your new bike.
Orders after 12.00 will be shipped the next business day.
Orders after 12.00 Thursday with Next Business Day delivery will be collected Friday and deliver the following Monday.
Click and Collect orders made between 9.00 and 16.00 will be ready for immediate collection.
Click and Collect orders made after 16.00 will be ready the following morning (Monday to Saturday).
Please contact us via phone or email regarding shipping outside of Mainland UK. We can deliver using different services if you are outside of the Mainland UK.
Premium Delivery is available for bikes, framesets and wheelsets for a premium experience with that extra peace of mind. A fully qualified mechanic will hand deliver your new bike on our behalf, on a day of your choice, ensuring the bike is fully assembled, set up for you and handed over by someone who can answer any question you may have.
Premium Delivery is currently not available in the following UK Mainland postcodes:
