9. Additional
9.1 If Prologue Performance Cycling LTD have contacted you regarding collection of your bike, we expect it to be collected (unless agreed otherwise) within 48 hours of notification. If we do not hear from you we reserve the right to charge you for the storage of your bike at a cost of £5 per day, 7 days a week with no limit. If you have not collected your bike within 12 months from the completion date of your bike, we reserve the right to recoup the cost of our storage, repair and parts. This could result in us selling your bike to do so.
