You are the wizards that keep our customers bike performing to the best of its ability. You will be in charge of making sure our infamous custom builds are nothing but perfect for our clients, maintenance work on booked in jobs is completed thoroughly and that any emergency fixes can be done in a timely fashion. You will get to work with a fully equipped station and have everything you need to complete jobs as efficiently and effectively as possible, upholding our reputation ensuring customers come back to Prologue every time they need something doing. You will ensure all our customers are treated respectfully, politely and leave the workshop feeling that they have received nothing but the best quality service. You will manage your own workshop schedule, liaise with the sales team on a daily basis so jobs are booked in with a realistic timeline. Manage stock levels of workshop consumables and ensure you have everything you need for the job in hand. You will be rewarded with a generous staff discount in store and in the Prologue Café.
